We are so grateful and proud of our LGA VOLUNTEERS who worked tirelessly alongside the Lake Gaston Weed Control Council, NCSU Cooperative Extension, NC Wildlife Resource Commission, and the VA Department of Wildlife Resources to repair, build, and plant  exclosures/cages to protect and develop colonies of native vegetation. 

Your dedication and hard work were instrumental in enhancing our aquatic habitat while reducing shoreline erosion and improving Lake Gaston’s water quality.  Thank you for your selfless contributions and your support!
