The Jack D. Saunders Community Shred Event will be on May 7 from 10:00 - 1:00 in the lower parking lot at the Roanoke Wildwood Volunteer Fire Department, 790 Lizard Creek Road. This is the same place as previous years and will take place rain or shine. 

Jack was the LGA long time Treasurer and past chairman of the LGA Public Safety Committee and came up with idea to assist members and the general public a safe and secure way to destroy confidential documents. Event is free but donations will be accepted to help defray the cost of bringing the shred truck to the lake from Raleigh.
